HOW DOES EXTRA CASH BOOST WORK?
Extra Cash Boost is an advanced online product that aims to help you manage your budget, while keeping it safe from fraudsters and increasing your savings. To get started, simply add your bank accounts and cards to your dashboard and we’ll show you a complete report on all of them.
HOW DO I SIGN IN?
Sign in by clicking here and inserting the username and password provided to you during signup.
HOW DO I ADD MY ACCOUNTS TO EXTRA CASH BOOST?
Once you sign up for a Extra Cash Boost, you will be taken to the add account wizard. The wizard will display every step you need to follow to add your accounts. Simply choose your bank or payment card provider and insert your online banking credentials. You can add and remove as many accounts as you want at a later time using the ‘Add Account’ button in your dashboard.
WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the sign in page, click the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link and we will send you an email so you can retrieve it.
WHAT IF I’M HAVING TROUBLE ADDING MY ACCOUNTS?
Sometimes, errors may appear when adding your bank accounts and cards, but most of the time they can be solved by retrying to add the account or card. If you are still having problems after retrying, contact us by sending us a message using our contact form, emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0844 728 9241 (from Monday to Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am – 5pm).
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We will charge you a monthly subscription fee of £29.96 so you can continue to use of all your features. You can cancel at any point, completely hassle-free.
HOW SECURE IS YOUR WEBSITE?
Extra Cash Boost is extremely secure. We take the protection of your data very seriously and use SSL encryption on all of our services and do not have access to or store any of your online banking credentials. All of the banking information you enter in the add account wizard is processed by a 3rd party with over 15 years of industry experience and the highest level of security available.
MAY I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
You can change your password as many times as you want. After you’re signed in to Extra Cash Boost, go to your My Profile page to choose a new password, confirm your choice and your new password can be used immediately.
HOW MAY I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you wish to cancel your subscription at any point, sign in, go to your ‘My Profile’ page and click the ‘Cancel Account’ button. You’ll then be prompted to confirm your request. If you’re certain that you wish to cancel, click ‘Yes, Cancel Account’. After you’ve cancelled your account, you will not be charged again
CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND?
Extra Cash Boost is an online product providing a monthly subscription that has a monthly cost of £29.96. You can cancel your account at any point, completely hassle-free. Once you have cancelled, you will not be charged again, but you won’t receive a refund for the subscription fees you have paid.
CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT EXTRA CASH BOOST?

MY BANK TOLD ME NOT TO SHARE MY CREDENTIALS IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WHAT DO THEY MEAN?
Your bank is right in warning you against sharing your credentials to prevent them from being used in a fraudulent way. However, Extra Cash Boost is a secure online product providing a simple service to help you manage and protect your money. Some banks acknowledge the benefits of aggregation services in their T&C’s, while others don’t, but this does not necessarily mean they do not want you to add your accounts to our service.
WHY CAN’T I FIND MY BANK OR CARD PROVIDER?
Although we work with most banks and card providers operating in the UK marketing, there are a few companies that we are not connected to. Contact us by sending us a message using our contact form, emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0844 728 9241 and let us know your provider’s full details. We will do our best to get them added to our service. We are open from Monday to Thursday between 9am and 6pm and Friday from 9am to 5pm.
